TİTCK-Approved Clinical Training Program at Başkent University
Hosted by Başkent University and organized in collaboration with ICON Plc and Pier CRO, the "Basic Good Clinical Practice Training" for site coordinators took place on June 12, 2025, at Başkent University Adana Dr. Turgut Noyan Practice and Research Center, Kışla Health Campus.
This training program, approved by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) under the Ministry of Health, commenced with opening speeches by TİTCK President Prof. Dr. Ahmet AYAR, Prof. Dr. Birol ÖZER, Prof. Dr. Özgür ÖZYILKAN, and ICON Plc Turkey Director Ms. Ebru ÖNCÜ, and continued throughout the day with high attendance.
The program included scientific presentations and workshops delivered by Dr. Hilal İLBARS, Pier CRO Director of Health Services Ms. Zeynep GÜLTEKİN, ICON Plc Clinical Operations Manager Mr. Emre KAYA, Pier CRO Clinical Operations Manager Ms. Pelin TÜRKER, and ICON Plc Senior Clinical Research Associate Ms. Elif GÖKYILDIRIM USUĞ.
At the end of the training, “Certificates of Achievement” were presented to successful participants.

Clinical Training for Site Coordinators at Ankara Oncology Hospital
Organized in collaboration with ICON Plc and Pier CRO, and hosted by Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital, the "Basic Good Clinical Practice Training" for site coordinators was held on June 14, 2025, at the Korkut Akoğuz Conference Center within the hospital campus. The event started with opening speeches from our Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Fevzi Altuntaş and ICON Plc Turkey Director Ms. Ebru ÖNCÜ, and continued throughout the day with strong participation.
